Standard Shipping - Domestic Delivery Time
The shipping method chosen determines the travel time. Please keep in mind that transportation time does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery dates and timings are approximations. Abdomax is not liable for delivery delays caused by situations beyond our control, such as material shortages, labor strikes, transportation issues, or acts of nature.
Packages that are refused, lost, stolen, or delayed
If a shipment is refused, the shipping and handling price will be applied to the payment method specified at checkout and deducted from any refund. A refund will not be made for any disallowed items until the product is received and assessed by the Abdomax staff.
The principal delivery provider is United Parcel provider (UPS). We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen UPS shipments. Please email support@tryabdomax.com if there are any delays or problems with your delivery. Abdomax is not liable for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or arrive late.
***(Note: International delivery to select locations might take 4-6 weeks on rare instances. 8-12 weeks in extreme situations. Abdomax is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Due of their geographical location, some nations may incur extra delivery expenses.)
Order Cancellation
Due to large order volume, a customer's order is handled immediately at our fulfillment center. If the buyer contacts us within 24 hours after purchasing, they will be able to cancel their transaction. If the consumer reaches us after 24 hours, they will be unable to cancel their order. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed or sent. Customers must either decline the item and promptly contact support@tryabdomax.com of the refusal date, or return the product with a valid tracking number and alert us of the tracking number so we can verify. We will be able to provide a refund after we get the product back at our warehouse and evaluate it.
Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's obligation to ensure that the address is accurately entered. Due of rigorous delivery timetables, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please double-check the address you are providing, as we will NOT be held liable for items shipped to the buyer's incorrect address. whether your item has already been completed or dispatched, we cannot update the address and must instead wait to see whether the box is returned to us. In such scenario, we will be able to re-ship or refund your order.
Items are delivered
If a customer's tracking number indicates that delivery was made to the customer's address, Abdomax will not provide a refund if the item is alleged to have not been delivered. If you do not get an item after tracking information verifies delivery, please contact the chosen shipping provider, USPS, for help.
Returns
To receive a full refund for your bottle(s), you must return all bottles, whether empty, full, or partially full (and including any "bonus" or "free" bottles as paper of your order) to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within sixty (60) days of the date you originally ordered the product, along with a written or printed note- inside the package- clearly writing:
Your Order ID (which may be found on your receipt)
Your Full Name, as well as the Full Address where the package was delivered Your Phone Number and Email Address If available, your original packing slip

To get a complete refund, your merchandise must arrive at our fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Failure to include all bottles purchased, whether empty, full, or partially full (including any "bonus", "free", or "gifted"), or failure to clearly write your order details as specified above so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read and allocate your return will both result in our inability to refund you. You are responsible for the return shipping. You will be awarded a refund after our fulfillment center has received the shipment and sent the right information to us. Your refund will be paid back to your bank account and will appear on your statement within 3-5 business days, depending on the processing bank's speed.

For your return, you must give a tracking number. Failure to provide a tracking number may cause your return to be delayed in being evaluated.

Chargebacks
If a consumer attempts a chargeback without first contacting Abdomax. The purchaser waives any claims to a refund for the merchandise. Making a chargeback is theft, and we require consumers to first contact Abdomax at support@tryabdomax.com to address their problem.
